These rules apply to all contests running on dailyhive.com. Questions, clarifications or comments about these rules can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible to win the prize as indicated, entrants must complete the contest entry form provided in the contest description page. All mandatory fields of the form must be completed in full (these will be clearly indicated) and entries must be received by end of day (5 pm) of the time zone of the province in which the contest is taking place. There is a limit of one entry per person. No purchase necessary. You are not allowed to enter anyone other than yourself in Daily Hive contests
You must be 19 years of age and must be a Canadian resident in order to be eligible. Participants must read and agree on the “Contest rules” as certain contests can be reserved to residents of a specific province or include specific calls to action.
Prizes cannot be refunded and are not transferable or convertible to money. Daily Hive reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
Contest winners will be notified by email on how to claim their prizes. Winners have a 24-hour response window to accept their winnings following to that email. Pass 24-hours, another winner will be drawn.
By entering the Daily Hive Contest, winners agree to have their name displayed on our contest page http://www.dailyhive.com/contest.
Daily Hive reserves the right to revise, cancel or close its contests at any time.
Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received.
Daily Hive reserves the right to prohibit entry from any person who we believe to be abusing any or all of the aforementioned rules.
Daily Hive cannot be held responsible for technical failures on the part of the website, entry form, software or human error which could result in missing or invalid contest entries.
Daily Hive is also not responsible for email notifications that are rejected or do not reach a contest winner. Daily Hive reserves the right to cancel a contest at any time or to correct results in order to rectify software, technical or human errors.
The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
